At AGAM, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply, how they are processed, and what conditions must be met.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product was not delivered within the reasonable timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  • You cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@agam.co.za with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that are custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items.
  • Digital or downloadable items once accessed.

If a returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, AGAM reserves the right to reject the refund request or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at accounts@agam.co.za for assistance.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. If there is still no result, email sales@agam.co.za and include your order number.

We will assist in confirming that the refund was successfully issued on our end.

5. Exchange Option

If you prefer, AGAM may offer a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
We will confirm this option with you before processing.

6. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, the return and refund process must follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
